OBBA Customer Wait Queue

This customer wait queue application was built to support OLLA AI's integration with OBBA, a Korean Barbeque Restaurant franchise in Singapore.

Problem

Design a responsive, user-friendly wait queue system for OLLA AI's integration with OBBA, a chain BBQ restaurant in Korea. The clients main goals were to provide customers with a clean, tablet-friendly wait queue form at the storefront. The form had to connect to the restaurant's backend, so to properly alert customers when their table was ready. The clients also wanted the page to be visually appealing and speak to their branding goals.

Solution

I used React.JS, CSS, and marketing knowhow to design and develop a wait queue page that streamlined the customer wait experience. I used CSS, including media queries, to design a responsive, user-friendly frontend and used React.JS logic to handle the backend, including automatically refreshing the QR code, and handling form submissions to send customer data to the restaurant's backend queue management system.
